Roast Pork

Life was normal, yesterday. Did the usual stuff. The wind was blowing, so I could not go for a walk. It is still fairly strong this morning.

I cooked a nice supper for the family. I made a pork roast that was to die for. I marinated a Pork Roll in a mixture of Soya sauce, brown sugar, dried chille flakes, garlic, fresh grated ginger (always good with pork), lemon juice and rind, orange rind and a dash of Teriyaki sauce. Roasted it for one and a half hours and served it with creamy potato mash and some Caramelised Cider Onions. (The onion recipe, with the cider I found in the latest copy of the Fresh Living magazine)
The family enjoyed it a lot!!
